• All images are a matt finish and printed onto high quality FujiFilm Crystal Archive photographic paper, which is fade resistant for up to 150 years.The images on this site are low resolution designed for proofing purposes only.  Any prints you order are individually adjusted for colour and tone.

• Delivery by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to all UK mainland addresses - £1.50.  
• For orders over £30, delivery is FREE. Please contact me for delivery costs to overseas addresses.
• We try to dispatch all images within 14 working days, but please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT.

• I accept payment by cheque in UK Pounds sterling, made payable to Kirstie Trueman and sent to:Kirstie Trueman, c/o 'Windrush', Pinfarthings, Amberley, Stroud , Glos GL5 5JQ. 
• If you are ordering goods from a non-UK location, I will strive to provide the same high standard of service to you.
• You are responsible for all charges resulting from the shipping and importation of goods into your region.
• I will not despatch any order until your cheque has been cleared.
